An ideal trekking day
06:15 Wake-up call with
tea/coffee and a bowl of warm water for washing, and then we pack our
luggage and daypacks. 06:45-07:00 Breakfast will serve. 07:30 start out
on the trail at a comfortable pace (remember the length of the day trip
is based on the distance that a porter can walk with carrying a load of
25 -30 kg.) 12:00-12:30 Hot lunch is served on the way. The lunch is
prepared by our own excellent kitchen crew when taking the camping trek
& in local teahouses when taking the teahouse trek. You have plenty
of time to enjoy the landscape, take pictures or videos, or stop for a
drink in a local pub house.
16:00 halt for camp. Teatime with tea/coffee/hot chocolate, biscuits
and a lot of time to relax or visit the local people who are always
pleased to chat..18:00-18:30 Dinner is served. Dinner always contains
more soups.20:00-21:00 Early to bed early to rise ready to continue our
trek.
