Camp MeditationDay 01 In the morning visit Institute of Natural Medicine and
take a class around 2 hours and breakfast in INM in the early afternoon Drive to in the evening yoga/meditation O/N tent

Day 02 In the morning yoga/meditation and breakfast in the afternoon free & short jungle walk evening yoga/meditation O/N tent.

Day 03 In the morning yoga/meditation and breakfast in the afternoon drop to kathmandu.
