Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu – Warm Welcome & Orientation O/N Hotel (D)
Upon your arrival, a representative from Manaslu Adventure Treks will warmly welcome you at the airport with a flower garland and ensure a smooth transfer via a comfortable private transfer to the luxury hotel in the city. Once your team checks in and settles, they gather for an orientation session, which offers a brief overview of the week’s itinerary and objectives. In the evening, a special welcome dinner is hosted at a traditional cultural restaurant, where the team enjoys authentic Nepali cuisine accompanied by vibrant folk music and dance performances. This culturally immersive first day sets the tone for a meaningful and memorable corporate journey in Nepal.
Day 02: Business Conference & Sightseeing in Kathmandu O/N Hotel (B L D)
Today, you start your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel, followed by a half-day business conference or workshop in a fully equipped conference hall. This professional setting offers all necessary amenities, including high-speed internet, audio-visual systems, and refreshments, ensuring a productive and engaging session. After a networking lunch at the hotel, the afternoon is dedicated to exploring Kathmandu’s rich cultural heritage. A guided tour takes the team to iconic UNESCO World Heritage Sites, beginning with the serene Pashupatinath temple and continuing with the Boudhanath Stupa. Finally, the Swayambhunath Stupa, also known as the Monkey Temple, offers panoramic views of the Kathmandu Valley. Day 03: Travel to Pokhara – Nature & Relaxation O/N Resort (B L D)
Today, the journey begins with a scenic flight to Pokhara, which offers stunning aerial views of the Himalayan ranges. Upon arrival, the team checks into a serene lakeside resort, where the calm atmosphere immediately invites relaxation. After settling in, the team can enjoy free time to stroll along the shores of Phewa Lake or sip coffee at charming cafes with views of the Annapurna range. Optional activities, such as boating on the lake or a visit to the nearby Tal Barahi Temple, provide a gentle introduction to the city’s natural beauty. Day 04: Pokhara Exploration & Team Building O/N Resort (B L D)
This day begins with an early morning drive to Sarangkot to witness a breathtaking sunrise over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges. This unforgettable experience inspires reflection and motivation. After returning to the hotel for breakfast, the group will embark on a day of exploration and team-building activities. Highlights include a serene boat ride on Phewa Lake with a visit to the Barahi temple, followed by sightseeing at Davis Falls and the mystical Gupteshwor Cave. In the afternoon, optional activities such as paragliding or zip-lining can be arranged for those seeking an adrenaline-fueled bonding experience. Day 05: Drive from Pokhara to Chitwan O/N Resort (B L D)
Today, you depart from the serene lakeside city of Pokhara and begin your overland journey toward Chitwan, Nepal’s famous lowland region known for its rich wildlife and lush national park. The drive gradually transitions from hilly landscapes to the warm and fertile plains of the Terai, offering beautiful views of rivers, forests, and rural villages along the way. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your jungle resort, where you will be welcomed with a refreshing drink and briefed about the exciting activities ahead. After lunch, the adventure begins with a series of jungle activities, such as a Jeep Safari, a canoe ride along the Rapti River to observe crocodiles and water birds, or a visit to the Tharu village to experience the unique culture and lifestyle of the local people. In the evening, you can enjoy a Tharu cultural dance performance by the locals, adding a lively cultural touch to your day.
Day 06: Drive from Chitwan to Kathmandu, transfer to Nagarkot O/N Resort (B L D)
After breakfast, you will take a short drive to Bharatpur Airport for your flight back to Kathmandu, enjoying aerial views of the lush Terai plains and the Himalayan foothills. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will continue your journey with a scenic drive to Nagarkot, a peaceful hill station located on the rim of the Kathmandu Valley. The route passes through charming countryside, terraced fields, and traditional villages, offering glimpses of rural life and natural beauty. Upon reaching Nagarkot, you will check into your hotel and relax amidst the tranquil mountain atmosphere. As evening approaches, you can witness a breathtaking sunset over the Himalayas, with views stretching from Dhaulagiri in the west to Mount Everest in the east. This serene setting provides a perfect retreat for relaxation and reflection after the adventurous day in Chitwan. In the evening, the group gathers for a grand farewell dinner, which includes a celebratory meal, music, and an opportunity to reflect on the days’ shared experiences, strengthened connections, and professional growth, marking a meaningful conclusion to the corporate journey.
Day 07: An Official end of the Tour and Departure to the airport (B)
On the final day of your journey, a special Trip Conclude Ceremony will be organized by Manaslu Adventure Treks. During this heartfelt event, the team will express gratitude for your participation and acknowledge the memorable experiences shared throughout the adventure. Also, the clients are free to provide feedback, which is valuable for the team to understand their experience and gather insights to improve future trips. As a token of appreciation, a souvenir will be presented to you, symbolizing the lasting memories of your adventure and deep connection to Nepal’s culture and natural beauty.
The day concludes with a final goodbye and transfer arrangements to your onward destination, whether to the airport or your next journey within Nepal. The team will ensure your departure is smooth and filled with warm wishes for future travels.
For trip confirmation, please make a down payment minimum of USD 200.00 or 20% of the total cost. In some cases, the trip cost could be high depending upon the domestic flight or trekking & expedition. In such cases, we will inform you accordingly. Please note that the deposit amount is non-refundable in the case of cancellation. However, the trip could be rescheduled again. The remaining dues must be paid 15 days before departure by bank transfer or on arrival in Kathmandu.
No refund will be made for the initial booking confirmation amount provided under any circumstances of cancellation. However, we offer to reschedule your trip for any other date of next season or within a year. Manaslu Adventure Treks will refund you if you have paid a further amount of the trip cost. If the cancellation is made before 30 days of the trip start date, then, a full refund will be made except the booking confirmation amount. Likewise, a 50% refund will be made on cancellation before 15 days of the trip start date and a 25% refund on the cancellation before 10 days. Furthermore, cancellations made within a week will be considered as no show & no refund will be made.
