Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu – Warm Welcome & Orientation O/N Hotel (D)
Upon your arrival, a representative from Manaslu Adventure Treks will warmly welcome you at the airport with a flower garland and ensure a smooth transfer via a comfortable private transfer to the luxury hotel in the city. Once your team checks in and settles, they gather for an orientation session, which offers a brief overview of the week’s itinerary and objectives. In the evening, a special welcome dinner is hosted at a traditional cultural restaurant, where the team enjoys authentic Nepali cuisine accompanied by vibrant folk music and dance performances. This culturally immersive first day sets the tone for a meaningful and memorable corporate journey in Nepal.
Day 02: Business Conference & Sightseeing in Kathmandu O/N Hotel (B L D)
Today, you start your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel, followed by a half-day business conference or workshop in a fully equipped conference hall. This professional setting offers all necessary amenities, including high-speed internet, audio-visual systems, and refreshments, ensuring a productive and engaging session. After a networking lunch at the hotel, the afternoon is dedicated to exploring Kathmandu’s rich cultural heritage. A guided tour takes the team to iconic UNESCO World Heritage Sites, beginning with the serene Pashupatinath temple and continuing with the Boudhanath Stupa. Finally, the Swayambhunath Stupa, also known as the Monkey Temple, offers panoramic views of the Kathmandu Valley. The evening is left open for relaxation or informal discussions, allowing participants to reflect on the day’s experiences.
Day 03: Fly to Pokhara – Nature & Relaxation O/N Resort (B L D)
Today, the journey begins with a scenic flight to Pokhara, which offers stunning aerial views of the Himalayan ranges. Upon arrival, the team checks into a serene lakeside resort, where the calm atmosphere immediately invites relaxation. After settling in, the team can enjoy free time to stroll along the shores of Phewa Lake or sip coffee at charming cafes with views of the Annapurna range. Optional activities, such as boating on the lake or a visit to the nearby Tal Barahi Temple, provide a gentle introduction to the city’s natural beauty. The day ends with a group dinner at a lakeside restaurant, where the soothing ambiance and shared experiences set the tone for deeper connections and rejuvenation.
Day 04: Drive to Kathmandu, transfer to Nagarkot O/N Hotel (B D)
After breakfast, you leave the peaceful lakeside city of Pokhara and begin your scenic drive back to Kathmandu, passing through charming villages, terraced fields, and river valleys along the way. Upon arrival at Kathmandu Airport, you will be welcomed and driven to Nagarkot, a peaceful hill station located approximately 32 km east of the capital. The drive winds through charming countryside, traditional villages, and terraced fields, offering a glimpse of rural Nepal. As you reach Nagarkot, the cool mountain breeze will greet you and the stunning panoramic views of the Himalayas, including Mount Everest on a clear day. The rest of the day is free to relax, enjoy the serene environment, or witness a mesmerizing sunset over the distant snow-capped peaks. In the evening, the group gathers for a grand farewell dinner, which includes a celebratory meal, music, and an opportunity to reflect on the days’ shared experiences, strengthened connections, and professional growth, marking a meaningful conclusion to the corporate journey.
Day 05: An Official end of the Tour and Departure to the airport (B)
On the final day of your journey, a special Trip Conclude Ceremony will be organized by Manaslu Adventure Treks. During this heartfelt event, the team will express gratitude for your participation and acknowledge the memorable experiences shared throughout the adventure. Also, the clients are free to provide feedback, which is valuable for the team to understand their experience and gather insights to improve future trips. As a token of appreciation, a souvenir will be presented to you, symbolizing the lasting memories of your adventure and deep connection to Nepal’s culture and natural beauty.
The day concludes with a final goodbye and transfer arrangements to your onward destination, whether to the airport or your next journey within Nepal. The team will ensure your departure is smooth and filled with warm wishes for future travels.
For trip confirmation, please make a down payment minimum of USD 200.00 or 20% of the total cost. In some cases, the trip cost could be high depending upon the domestic flight or trekking & expedition. In such cases, we will inform you accordingly. Please note that the deposit amount is non-refundable in the case of cancellation. However, the trip could be rescheduled again. The remaining dues must be paid 15 days before departure by bank transfer or on arrival in Kathmandu.
No refund will be made for the initial booking confirmation amount provided under any circumstances of cancellation. However, we offer to reschedule your trip for any other date of next season or within a year. Manaslu Adventure Treks will refund you if you have paid a further amount of the trip cost. If the cancellation is made before 30 days of the trip start date, then, a full refund will be made except the booking confirmation amount. Likewise, a 50% refund will be made on cancellation before 15 days of the trip start date and a 25% refund on the cancellation before 10 days. Furthermore, cancellations made within a week will be considered as no show & no refund will be made.
