Day 20: Trek Ledar to Thorong Phedi (4450m.) 3 to 4 hours: O/N lodge (B.L.D)
Day 21: Trek Thorong Phedi to Muktinath (3,800m) via Thorong Pass (5416m.) 8 to 9 hours: O/N lodge (B.L.D)
Day 22: Trek Muktinath to Jomsom (2720m.) 5 to 5.30 hours: O/N lodge (B.L.D)
Day 23: Fly Jomsom to Pokhara (915m) 30 munites: O/N hotel (B.L.D)
Day 24: By tourist bus to Kathmandu O/N hotel (B) or can fly 30 minute.

Day 02: Necessary arrangement of permit & Tims O/N hotel (B)
Day 03: Kathmandu to Aarughat by bus or car 7 hours Drive (1143m.) (B L D)
After breakfast we take the bus to Arughat. First we drive to Prithivi Highway and then cross the Trisuli River and to Dhading Besi. Dhading Besi is the district head quarter of Dhading district. After Dhading Besi we have to drive the rough road to Arughat.
Day 04: Aarughat to Sotikhola (730m.) 5 hrs. (B L D)
Today after breakfast we start our first day trekking by following the Budi Ghandaki river via Mangaltar, Santi Bazar from where we can see a good view of Shringi Himal (7187m.). After this we reach the Arkhet Bazar where a good camp site is available. After this we pass the village of Kokhetar, Keuranipani and reach to Sotikhola. Today we cross 2 main suspension bridges.
Day 05: Sotikhola to Machhakhola (930m.) 5 hrs. (B L D)
After breakfast we pass the village of Armala, Liding, Lapubesi, khani Besi and finally to Machhakhola. Still we are following the bank of Budi Gandaki in the right hand side. Today we cross only one main Suspension bridge.
Day 06: Khorlabesi to Jagat (1370m.) 5 hrs. (B L D)
After breakfast in the beginning of the walk we have to cross the suspension bridge and we pass the village of Khorlabesi then to Tatopani. Tatopani means in Nepali hotwater. There is a natural hot water in the lunch time we may take hot shower as well. Their after we pass Dobhan, Shyauli and finally to Jagat. Still we are following the bank of Budi Gandaki but cross Suspension bridge. In Jagat there is the check post of Annapurna Conservation Area Project and custom office.
Day 07: Jagat to Philim (1570m.) 4 hrs. (B L D)
Today we entry the Manaslu conservation Area and we pass the villages of Salleri, Sirdibas in Sirdibas there is a Mani wall. Still we are following the bank of Budi Gandaki and cross 2 Suspension bridge. In Philim there is the check post of Manaslu Conservation Area Project. Today we walk less hour because after Philim another camp site or the lodge is far away.
Day 08: Philim to Dang (1860m.) 6 hrs. (B L D)
Today we cross the villages of Ekle Bhatti then we have very less village today. We crass one Suspension bridge then the Piwa village and finally to Deng. In the region after Philim village are Gurung and Tibetans.
Day 09: Dang to Namrung (2540m.) 6 hrs. (B L D)
Today we cross the villages of Rana, Bihi there is a Gompa, Ghap then we reach to Namrung. Today we can see many Mani wall and Chortens on the way.
Day 10: Namrung to Lho (3020m.) 4.5 hrs. (B L D)
Today we pass the village of Lihi, Sho both village there is a Gompa. In Lho there is a big Monastry. We can see a very close view of Mount Manaslu today.
Day 11: Lho to Sama Guan (3390m.) 4 hrs. (B L D)
Today we reach Sama Guan via Shyala village and a short walk. We reach Sama for lunch and after lunch we explore around the village. This is a big and very popular village in the region. This is Gurung village but have some of the Tibetans as well.
Day 12: Sama Guan to Dharmasala (Larkya Rest House) (4460m.) (B L D)
Today we start bit climb up to Samdo which is the last village in the region. We may take our lunch here and countinue the trekking to Dharmasala a highest overnight stay in the trip. After Samdo also we gradually climp up but not much hard.
Day 13: Larkya Rest House cross Larkya Pass (5213m.) to Bimtang (3590m.) 9 hrs. (B L D)
This is a longest trekking day of the trip and we are heading to the Larkya Pass ascending from Dharmasala. This is such a wonderful part of trekking of course it is hard. The trails look easy but to walk in such a high place is not an easy task. Once we reach the pass their after the trail goes down with ice and scree. We can see Kangaru, Himlung, Cho Himal, good view of Manaslu and Pungani Himal.
Day 14: Bimtang to Tilije (2300m.) 6 hrs. (B L D)
As we are already in low land we feel much easy to walk but still out legs is lazy and bit panic. We pass small village and kharka before we reach to Tilije. There is Rhododendron and Pine forest near to Puktu kharka. Now we are following the Puktu Khola and Dudh Khola have to cross some the the suspension bridges.
Day 15: Tilije to Chame (2670m.) 7 hours: O/N lodge (B.L.D)
Today first part of the trail to Dharapani descends. This is the place where the popular annapurna Circuit trekking trail connect with the Manaslu. After this we paas the village of Bagarchhap, Temang, Thanchok, Koto and finally to Chame now we are fillowing the river bank of Marsyandi.
Day 16: Trek Chame to Pisang (3250m) 5 to 6 hours: O/N lodge (B.L.D)
We still follow the Marsyandi river and pine forest to the Telekhu village via through the Brathang and gradual walk up to the suspension bridge. After that steep climb up to the hill then through the Dhukur Pokhari, we get surrounded by majestic Himalaya peaks then 1 hrs pleasant trail walking to Pisang. Afternoon explore the village with Tibetan mane stones by walk up to Upper Pisang Gomba with we see amazing Himalaya views of Annapurna II and Annapurna III.
Day 17: Trek Pisang to Manang (3540m.) 4 to 5 hours: O/N lodge (B.L.D)
Today is wonderful walking with pine forest as panoramic views of the mountains. We reach to Humde (3,280m) airport in Manang district via through to the village of Bhraka (3,480m) is Tibetan style building houses of stack one a top the other houses and interesting village for trekkers, old Gomba on the rim of town, panoramic views of the mountains, some exciting, windy streets in the village leading out toward the Thorong La. Finally, there is a 3 o'clock lecture on altitude by the Himalayan Rescue Association for anyone interested.
Day 18: Acclimatization day in Manang (3540m.): O/N lodge (B.L.D)
Today is rest acclimation in Manang. After breakfast short walk for the high altitude suggested to the acclimatization in day. We hike up to tranquil Gangapurna Lake is worth visiting sites from acclimatization point of view. Manang is one of the best villages in the trekking in Annapurna region and challenging trek for us with rapid gain in altitude. Afternoon visiting is the Himalayan Rescue Association where we can get some ideas
about Mountain Sickness.
Day 19: Trek Manang to Ledar (4200m.) 4 to 5 hours: O/N lodge (B.L.D)
Today after breakfast, the trail crosses a stream, climbs to a village of Tenki above Manang, and then gradually climbs up to the Gunsang, offering panoramic Himalaya scenery, through meadows where horses and yaks graze. After crossing a small river on a wooden bridge, the trail passes an ancient old Mani wall in a pleasant meadow and then reaches another small village of Yak Kharka to crossing a suspension bridge to
Day 20: Trek Ledar to Thorong Phedi (4450m.) 3 to 4 hours: O/N lodge (B.L.D)
After breakfast pleasant walk to Jarang Khola to thorung Phedi, a rock-strewn meadow surrounded by upright cliffs at 4420 meter. Thorong Phedi is busy settlement catering to the needs of tired trekkers and climbers. Today bit early bed to get better ready for early start of crossing the Throng Pass next morning.
Day 21: Trek Thorong Phedi to Muktinath (3,800m) via Thorong Pass (5416m.) 8 to 9 hours: O/N lodge (B.L.D)
It will be a lifetime unforgettable experience Adventure- crossing the famous high pass in the trekking to Thorong Pass. We will start trekking early in the morning and it is important to complete it before the strong wind will be active there.
We have to hard walk through the ice and rocky trail high altitude the outstanding Himalaya are sucking our eyes watch to more views of Himalayan on the trail. Trek through down to Muktinath with the setting Hindu pilgrimage temple and Buddhist Monasteries. Muktinath is the famous and important pilgrimage place for both Hindu and Buddhist and contains a wall of 108 waterspouts in the shape of cows heads spouting sacred water, the Jwala Mai temple with a perpetual spouting flame and the pagoda-styled Vishnu Mandir, all of which make up the auspicious combination of earth, fire and water. Muktinath itself demonstrates the religions harmony in Nepal.
Day 22: Trek Muktinath to Jomsom (2720m.) 5 to 5.30 hours: O/N lodge (B.L.D)
Today we have a nice morning before breakfast or after breakfast we walk up to visit Muktinath Temple then we trek down to ancient Jharkot village with remain some part of fort and culture and live hood are like similar Tibetin people. We will get Tibetan and Gurung mixed cultural ancient heritage .We follow Kali Gandaki river bank, looking for Saligrams along the way, to Jomsom is Headquarter of Mustang districts with heritage of traditional salt traders Thakali. Late afternoon explore around.
Day 23: Fly Jomsom to Pokhara (915m) 30 munites: O/N hotel (B.L.D)
Today early morning fly to Pokhara and during the flight we will enjoy with great Himalaya views. We have relaxing day in Pokhara. After lunch we will explore in the major places of Pokhara and dinner with culture program.
Day 24: By tourist bus to Kathmandu O/N hotel (B) or can fly 30 minute.
