Day 01: Arrival, hotel transfer & welcome dinner O/N hotel (D)
Upon your arrival, a representative from Manaslu Adventure Treks will warmly welcome you at the airport with a flower garland and ensure a smooth transfer to your designated hotel in the city. Once you check in and settle, the representative will provide a detailed program briefing, including an overview of your upcoming tour. If time permits, you can explore the local area on a short walk. This will allow you to acclimatize to the environment and enjoy the surroundings. The day concludes with a special welcome dinner hosted at a local restaurant, where you can enjoy authentic Nepalese cuisine and get acquainted with fellow travelers and the Manaslu Adventure Treks team.
Day 02: Fly from Kathmandu to Bhairahawa, Drive to Lumbini O/N Guesthouse (B L D)
After breakfast, you transfer to the airport for a scenic flight to Bhairahawa, the nearest airport to Lumbini. During the short flight, you enjoy aerial views of Nepal’s diverse landscapes, from the rolling hills to the flat Terai plains. Upon arrival at Bhairahawa Airport, a short and pleasant drive of about 30 minutes will take you to Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will check in at your naturopathy and wellness retreat center, nestled in a peaceful setting surrounded by gardens and serene natural beauty. After a refreshing herbal welcome drink, you will meet your wellness consultant for a brief orientation and introduction to your upcoming program. You will spend the afternoon relaxing or taking a gentle walk in the tranquil surroundings. In the evening, you participate in a light yoga and meditation session to unwind and align your energy for the days ahead.
Day 03: Yoga, Meditation, and Naturopathic Introduction O/N Guesthouse (B L D)

Day 10: Drive to Bhairahawa, Fly to Kathmandu (B D)
After an early morning herbal tea and a final brief meditation, you will enjoy a peaceful breakfast surrounded by the retreat’s serene gardens. You can take some time for reflection or a short nature walk before preparing for departure. You will then drive from Lumbini to Bhairahawa Airport, enjoying the scenic views of the Terai plains along the way. Upon arrival, you board your flight back to Kathmandu, where you can admire the landscapes of Nepal from above one last time. Once in Kathmandu, you will be transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for relaxation, last-minute shopping, or exploring the vibrant streets and spiritual corners of the capital. This marks the end of your Stress Management and Naturopathy journey in Lumbini, leaving you refreshed, centered, and inspired to continue a balanced and mindful lifestyle. In the evening, you will join a farewell dinner celebrating the completion of your rejuvenating wellness journey.
Day 11: An Official end of the trip and departure to the airport (B)
On the final day of your journey, a special Trip Conclude Ceremony will be organized by Manaslu Adventure treks. During this heartfelt event, the team will express gratitude for your participation and acknowledge the memorable experiences shared throughout the adventure. Also, the clients are free to provide feedback, which is valuable for the team to understand their experience and gather insights to improve future trips. As a token of appreciation, a souvenir will be presented to you, symbolizing the lasting memories of your adventure and deep connection to Nepal’s culture and natural beauty.
The day concludes with a final goodbye and transfer arrangements to your onward destination, whether to the airport or your next journey within Nepal. The team will ensure your departure is smooth and filled with warm wishes for future travels.
For trip confirmation, please make a down payment minimum of USD 200.00 or 20% of the total cost. In some cases, the trip cost could be high depending upon the domestic flight or trekking & expedition. In such cases, we will inform you accordingly. Please note that the deposit amount is non-refundable in the case of cancellation. However, the trip could be rescheduled again. The remaining dues must be paid 15 days before departure by bank transfer or on arrival in Kathmandu.
No refund will be made for the initial booking confirmation amount provided under any circumstances of cancellation. However, we offer to reschedule your trip for any other date of next season or within a year. Manaslu Adventure Treks will refund you if you have paid a further amount of the trip cost. If the cancellation is made before 30 days of the trip start date, then, a full refund will be made except the booking confirmation amount. Likewise, a 50% refund will be made on cancellation before 15 days of the trip start date and a 25% refund on the cancellation before 10 days. Furthermore, cancellations made within a week will be considered as no show & no refund will be made.
