Trekking in Rolwalling
19 DaysRolwaling Himal les in east-central Nepal along the Tibet border. It is on the Nepal border with some 50 traditional peaks over 6000m, all broaden from the Nangpa La pass where the Mahalangur part novice southwest to the Tamakosi River. The Lobuche Himal part that increase in the distance of the Tamakosi to the North-West. Rolwaling Himal is surrounded in south side by the Rolwaling Valley which consists of several small villages; Bending is the main town of this area.
Rolwaling trek isstill need to go with fully camping trek begins from Bahrabise (800m) North-East side of the Kathmandu nearby China/Tibet boarder. This Trek is fully specialized on the purpose to see the scenic views of exotic nature, cultural beauty of Nepal. This trek will follow rough and tough Himalayan route. Rolwaling consist of massive views of Mt. Melungtse (7,181m), Mt. Tashi Lapch and Mt. Dorje Lakpa. Two days trek across rugged glacier, we will reach to Tashi Lapcha Pass (5,755m). We will continue to pass the trail then descends to Thame Viallage.
Trip Details
Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu (1,350m) – Wellcome by offering the flower garlands in Tribhuvan International airport and transfer to hotel. Welcome dinner O/N hotel
Day 02: Kathmandu City sightseeing and necessary arrangement preparation O/N hotel
Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Dolakha, and Singati (1,020m/3445ft), 6- 7 hrs drive overnight at Home stay
Day 04: Singati - Jagat (1250m/4,100ft), 5-6hrs O/N at Home stay
Day 05: Jagat - Simigaon (2025m/6643ft), 5-6hrs O/N at Home stay
Day 0: Simigaon - Donga (2800m/9185ft), 5-6 hrs O/N at Home stay
Day 07: Donga - Beding (3,692m/12,105), 5 - 6 hrs O/N at Home stay
Day 08: Beding acclimatization and exploration day O/N at Home stay
Day 09: Beding - Na (4180m/13,730ft), 5 -6 hrs O/N at Home stay
Day 10: Na rest day and acclimatization day, Excursion towards Yalung Pass and glacier views O/N at Home stay
Day 11: Na - Nyiduk Kongma (4,750m/15,582 ft), 5 -6 hrs O/N at Camp
Day 12: Nyiduk Kongma - Drolumbau Glacier (5,205m/17,075ft), 5 -6 hrs O/N at Camp
Day 13: Drolumbau Glacier - Teshi Lapche La (5755m/18880ft) and decent to Camp at (5,460m/17910), 7/8 hrs O/N at Camp
Day 14: Camp to Thame (3,805m/12,482ft), 7/8 hrs O/N t at Lodge
Day 15: Thame - Khumjung (3871m/12,700ft), 2/3 hrs O/N at Lodge
Day 16: Khumjung – Monjo (2840m/9,317ft), 4-5hrs O/N at Lodge
Day 17: Monjo – Lukla (2,840) 4-5hrs O/N at Lodge
Day 18: Lukla – Fly back to Kathmandu (35min. flight) pick up from Airport to Hotel
Day 19: Departure to International Airport, for your onward destination. END the trip
