Trip Highlights

5:30 AM – Hotel Pickup and transport to the Airport

• A private vehicle picks you up from your hotel in Kathmandu.
• Drive to the domestic terminal of Tribhuvan International Airport.

6:00 AM – Check in and safety briefing

• Check in at the helicopter terminal.
• Safety instructions and tour overview by pilot/crew.

6:30 AM – Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2845 m)

• Fly over scenic hills, valleys, and traditional villages.
• Land at Lukla for 10-15 minutes for refueling.

7:15 AM – Fly from Lukla to Pheriche (4371 m)

• Due to altitude and weight restrictions, some passengers may be shuttled in two groups beyond this point.

7:45 AM – Fly from Pheriche to Kalapatthar (5545 m)

• Enjoy aerial views of Khumbu Glacier, Everest base Camp, and Himalayan giants (Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam)
• Land at Kalapatthar (weather permitting) for 5-10 minutes for photos and breathtaking panoramic views of Mt. Everest.

8:30 AM – Fly to Hotel Everest View for Breakfast (3880 m)

• Land at the world’s highest luxury hotel.
• Enjoy breakfast with stunning views of Everest and the surrounding peaks.

9:30 AM – Return Flight to Lukla

• Quick stopover at Lukla for refueling

10:15 AM – Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu

• Scenic return flight passing over the Himalayan range.

11:00 AM – Land in Kathmandu and Transfer to the Hotel

• Private vehicle transfer back to your hotel.
• End of the tour.

Weather dependent: Flights may be delayed or canceled due to weather conditions.

Passenger Limit: 4-5 passengers max per flight (approx. 500kg limit including fuel)
